Making this choice will catapult you into learning how to truly love and honour yourself, your authentic self. No matter how painful it might be along the way at times, it is also a journey of joyful discovery and the return of innocence often lost in the trials of life.
Once I began to truly listen to my inner wise woman, the Goddess within led me Home to Myself. She helped to transform my fears, self-doubts, dissolved shame, helped me to open more to my own unique way in the world, and to celebrate myself!
As I cultivated my own sacred relationship with the Divine within, and without, stoked my courage, opened to the unknown more, followed the intuitive calls, I knew I was on my true path. One that would lead me to help change the lives of other women in the same way.

Your inner Wise Woman will confidently walk with you every wobbly step of the way, once you are more intentionally connected with her. This also needs to be a choice and intentional garden you plant.
She will hold the ground steady for you as you quake and break through the soil.

Wise Woman Retreats birthed in 2019. These gatherings continue to evolve, shaped by the participants, how and where the Goddess invites me to lead, create and hold space.

When we explore the edges of our un-becoming, we allow what we've pushed away/down to resurface and be explored. We step over the edge into territory that we've felt we weren't good enough for, or not allowed to venture, or that was “meant” for for someone else.

My aim is to support your journey as you step out of your comfort zone in order to reignite dormant parts of yourself, and sit with the oil that comes up whilst knowing that you are accepted and loved, and reclaim yourself with boldness, compassion, joy and strength.
My passion is to support women to reconnect, re-awaken, remember, reclaim and renew their connection to all that is love, to the Earth Mother, to their desires and dreams, and to live life beyond the edge - soaring through their lives, and landing when they need rest and reflection.

Goddess Reclaimed Wise Women in West Ireland RETREATS
Wise Women in the West of Ireland, is a deeper exploration of the Divine Feminine essence. It will be a time to visit local sacred sites, play and grow together through self-inquiry, empowerment, ceremonies and more.
We will be tapping into the Irish Celtic Goddesses, and the elements of a very ancient and sacred land that has a deep “herstory” of feminine energies. It is a week overflowing with richness, sacredness and so much fun!
