I want women to have guidance and support as they navigate the alchemical experience of healing. I help women realize they are not alone, that they belong to themselves first and to a greater sisterhood of women who are also learning how to liberate and love themselves more. Un-patterning old misaligned conditioning is a process. Igniting, reconnecting, reclaiming, and nurturing self-love, and empowerment is a healing journey.
