I want all women to feel acknowledged, validated, and inspired to take responsibility for themselves and their lives. I want women to have guidance and support as they navigate the alchemical experience of healing. I help women realize they are not alone, that they belong to themselves first and to a greater sisterhood of women who are also learning how to liberate and love themselves more. Un-patterning old misaligned conditioning is a process. Igniting, reconnecting, reclaiming, and nurturing self-love, and empowerment is a healing journey.

The Wise Women Awakening Course is a way to help more women connect to their inner wisdom, grow and heal.

Created for you, with a self-paced design to honour your needs and life schedule.

Wise Women Awakening provides you with a feminine inspired course structure. You are lovingly guided through themed journaling exercises, simple sacred rituals, a Divine Feminine music playlist, Yogic and Goddess inspired practices and tools. Key to design of this course is the honouring of your personal choice. The module lessons are set up for you to navigate the course in your own time, pace, and in your own way to meet your unique healing needs and desired life change.
